Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Manage the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
Ensure a smooth induction program for new employees.
2. HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letter, Bank Letter, Confirmation Letters and ect.
Managing & preparing Id cards, visiting cards, welcome kit.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
Assist in payroll processing, incentives, and full & final settlement (FnF).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of experience in HR functions.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll software- Spine & SAP.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per month
