Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in hiring, preferably for field sales profiles such as Loan DSA, Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Business Loan executives. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and meeting hiring targets within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales and entry-level roles
Source candidates from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and references
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage bulk hiring requirements (especially field sales / DSA profiles)
Maintain daily tracker of candidates and hiring status
Ensure proper follow-ups and candidate engagement
Support onboarding and documentation process
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment
Experience in field sales / BFSI hiring preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to work on bulk hiring targets
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
