We are urgently hiring for Indian Senior HR Recruiters for our Gratitude India.
Location: Spectrum Tower , 5th Floor , Malad West, Ahead of Infinity Mall , Mumbai
Work set up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)
Salary offer: 21K - 25K+ incentives
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College graduate of any course, preferably in HR field
• Open for freshers and MBA degree holder
• With external Recruitment experience is a great advantage
• Has strong sourcing and communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Friday
• Open to new learnings and challenges as a Recruiter
• Willing to work under targets
• Can start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for handling IT and non IT recruitment for clients in Philippines and Malaysia
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, shortlisting, negotiation, uploading applicants CVs, schedule interviews, offer
• Sourcing from job portals (monster, dice, career builder, job diva), marketing job posting on the job portal
• Responsible for achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Validation of resumes for expertise and verification of status
• Understand the requirements from the hiring
• To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
• To be innovative and think out of the box to source & attract talent
• To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
• Meeting clients requirement and focusing on 30 CV Selects in one month span on myglit.com
