· Ability to work with least supervision
· Getting Manpower requirements from HOD HR and discuss requirement with the stakeholders
· Should be very comfortable in collaboration with the stakeholders
· Sourcing CVs through portals
· Using Social Media for effective hiring
· Screen suitable resumes and build talent pipelines for future hiring requirement
· Contacting the candidates through phone, emails
· Maintaining a relationship with the candidate
· Conducting preliminary telephonic round of interview
· Shortlisting candidates
· Lining up interviews for approved candidates
· Follow up to ensure that candidates show up to the interview
· Closing positions by sharing the letter of intent
· Measure of Success -
· Number of position / roles filled
· Healthy pipeline of technical talent, quality of technical leads and applications
· Average time we spend on filling a technical role
· Level of candidates' satisfaction with the hiring process

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,628.10 per month
