Objectives of this Role:
• Work closely with reporting manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Stay active with current job portals, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter who would be responsible for managing and providing support to the HR Team for IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
• To provide full support to the HR Manager for end-to-end recruitment & other HR functions.
• Have to manage End to End Recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.
• Evaluating Profiles and interviewing candidates for the said requirements
• Understanding the Recruitment Mandates from the Department Heads and preparing the job description for the same and get it approved from the respective HOD’s.
• Receiving requests from the other departments for new job availabilities.
• Screening profiles & creating a pipeline of potential candidates for assigned roles
• Interview scheduling, pre & post offer follow-ups & documentation
• Creating job posts and putting them up online on sites like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn & other sources for suitable job profiles with required skills.
• Interviewing potential job candidates.
• Performing other assessments of job candidate’s skills, such as by giving a written test or hiring for a trial period, etc.
• Judging applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers following up on the interview process status.
• Candidate Interview management.
• Maintaining interview trackers on a regular basis & keep it updated with the current interview status to present the same to the management.
• Completing timely reports/trackers on employment activity.
• Closing the position with the given TAT
• Salary negotiation with the candidate.
• Follow up for offer and joining process.
• Providing immediate response and appropriate action to all the headhunting partners & to the internal teams for any escalations received.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in Excel, Word, Email & Calendar Management and Power point presentation. •
Coordinating with internal & external staff for smooth functioning of day -to-day operations.
• To exchange sensitive/contentious information, maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when dealing with senior external contacts and internal personnel.
Experience & Skills Required:
• 3 – 4 years of work experience as a HR Recruiter in IT & Non-IT Recruitment Domain dealing into Banking & Non – Banking Companies, NBFC’s, Fintech, Lending, Fintech Start-up companies.
• Mandatory Expertise in IT & Non-IT Hiring for Banking & Non-Banking Industry.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting IT-related profiles with Technical Recruitment Expertise.
• Must have excellent experience working on job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine & other job portals.
• Must have experience in Headhunting through LinkedIn & other sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle tight timelines and be a team player should be able to work under pressure.
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
CTC offered: Upto 30k
Location: Mumbai
Office Timing & Working Days: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be stretched depending upon workload)- Monday to Saturday.
