• Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling
• Interviews, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups till joining & Invoicing Generation
• Following up the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding
• Carefully note and maintain database of references from candidate for further search and thereby improve efficiency and turnaround time
• Maintain database of clients and candidates keeping track of hired, shortlisted candidates
