• Experience in Overseas recruitment, preferred industries are Oil & Gas,
• Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality and more.
• Co-ordinate with Client, understands the requirement, develop and
• Implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials i.e. pamphlet, advert and post jobs on portals.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Portal etc.
• Scrutinize candidate's resumes, taking their availability and align as per interview schedule.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Submit Shortlisted CVs to Project Lead for Client Review & Selection / Further Shortlisting.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
• Headhunting for critical positions
• Mass Mail for Positions where candidates are required in Bulk
• Shortlist CVs received through Mass Mail or Social Media Marketing
• Schedule and take telephonic interview as well as face to face interview.
Skills Required.
• Good Communication skills in Hindi and English. (Linguistic added advantage).
• Good in Ms Office ( Ms Excel, Ms Word) email drafting.
• Smart and result oriented.
