Recruiting ITor Non IT industries
• Hands-on working experience in recruitment sites and portals like Monster, Career Builder, Naukri, Shine, Linked IN and Corp-Corp and worked in Indian online recruitment platforms like Indeed, Monster, Naukri and Linked IN.
Experience in end-to-end recruiting cycle like evaluation, screening, negotiating, scheduling interviews, and closing the contract.
Understanding client requirements and meeting their requirements with good turnaround time.
Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet).
Managing Small-Medium sized deals across all the verticals like - Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Telecommunication IT, Banking, Pharmacy, Telecom, Networking, Manufacturing/Food clients etc
Flexibility to work independently and self-motivation for achieving success as a Team. Strong Personal Computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft suite.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the clients/stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with solid expertise in Sourcing, Interviewing and negotiation.
Committed, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to work with new Technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
Quality of Leadership to handle the team
Should have experience to close the leadership positions or niche profiles
