Key Result Areas
Handle complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
Talent Mapping at sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions
Understand the client brief and source potential candidates
Source profiles / resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
Provide support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process by devising innovative ways.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends
The Ideal Candidate
1-3 years of industry experience
Good analytical, process improvement, basic Project Management skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Excellent Communication skills are mandatory
Only experienced candidates required.

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
