Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to drive the HR Recruitment task of the company in Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in following.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and positions to be filled.
Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Screen incoming resumes and applications.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Social Media, Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin and Job Fair).
Interview candidates via phone calls, video calls and in-person.
Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged, and providing timely feedback.
Extend job offers to select candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements and innovative recruitment strategies.

Monday to Friday (+.30am - 6.30pm)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
