Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: Noida
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a professional and seamless hiring experience
Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver talent within set timelines
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies while staying updated with current recruitment trends
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports accurately and promptly.
Ensure smooth onboarding by managing all joining formalities and related documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a dynamic work environment
