Job Description:
As a recruiter in our Noida facility you'll have the opportunity to leverage and enhance your recruiting skills to fill mostly positions with our Own Organization(In House Recruitment).You'll manage a full life cycle recruitment process - creating / posting job ads, souring candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, etc.
Most of our positions aren't easy to fill, so "post and pray " doesn't often work.
You'll need to be creative and assertive in sourcing and attracting right talent.
You'll lead our managers through the recruitment sourcing and selecting right quality consultants, should have an process in place ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met.
You must meet these requirements to be considered:
Minimum 6 Months To 6 yearsâ€TM of experience in HR RecruitingExperience & well versed with recruitment process interaction and penetration skillsResponsible for end to end recruitment.
Good communication skills sourcing, screening the right profile as per the job description.
Discussing the responsibility, salary & benefits of the job in question.
Follow up from Interview till joining.
Proven experience in both Contract/ Permanent Assignments.
Experience working with Skilled enough to source qualified candidates from Social Networking sites.
Ability to meet the deadlines in an efficient manner with turnaround timeAbility to communicate effectivelyWell-developed interpersonal skills to negotiate with consultants Effective communication is critical to your success
