Roles and responsibility
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using different job portals, database etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Bulk hiring
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining.
• Good communication skill
• Good at using job portals
• Incentive earned
• Having knowledge of IT /Non IT hiring
• Formulate Job Descriptions & specifications in consultations with Functional Heads
• Preparing walking report, calling report and maintaining candidate’s database.
• To keep track of recruitment metrics.
• To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
