In addition to having some experience in human resources or recruitment, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Job details: five days per week, 12:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Salary: 15k to 25k, with Sector 10 in Noida as the job location
Candidate roles include:-
Manage the entire hiring process for a range of available positions, assisting managers in locating, selecting, and keeping qualified applicants.
Develop high-touch interactions by employing a database of competent individuals to draw from as openings become available.
Create and implement recruitment strategies with the hiring team and senior managers.
Maintain job boards, social networks, and other platforms to discover qualified applicants and post job announcements and descriptions.
Keep up solid relationships with clients and offer the ideal individual in accordance with their needs.
Create a strong candidate pipeline by sourcing people using a range of search techniques.
Phone interviews and resume reviews are used to screen applicants.
Speed up the offer procedure by extending the offer and settling the terms of employment.
Knowledge and qualifications required:
a minimum of one year's expertise in recruiting or human resources
Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
knowledge of Microsoft
knowledge of computers and job boards.
a track record of success doing in-person, on-camera, over the phone, and over email interviews.
The equivalent of a bachelor's degree
Ability to manage time
Proficiency in developing recruitment methods
