JD:
1. Sourcing the best resource as per clients requirement. Headhunting and shortlisting candidates from mid to sr level.
2. Taking competency based interviews and giving only shortlisted profiles to HR.
3. Responsible for Day to Day interaction with candidates and ensuring a smooth interview process.
4. Ensuring quality delivery is done on time.
5. Responsible for negotiation on compensation, communication of package to candidates taking resignation copy , reference check etc .
