Job Description
• Posting the Employee's requirements on Job Portals and consultants as and when required.
• Tie up with Job consultancies and placements
• Coordination with Candidates.
• Screening the Resumes of Applicants.
• Shortlist the applicants for the desired position by taking telephone round of interviews.
• Line up the interviews after confirmed by management for schedules.
• Taking the First Round of Interviews i.e. HR round.
• Arrange Second round with Management.
• Coordinate with reporting manager.
• Employee Joining Formalities.
• Reference Check of the employees.
• Any other task as assigned by the reporting manager
Desired Candidate
1) The candidate must have relevant experience.
2) The candidate must be minimum a Graduate.
3) The candidate must have excellent communication skill, English proficiency & ability to convince.
