Job Type: - Part Time ( 6 Hours a week)
Job Profile
1. Should Have Contacts in Placement Division (With Placement Coordinators ) of all the colleges to hire Freshers.
2. Hiring the right talent after very careful tests, assessments and detailed interviews.
3. Creating Offer and Joining Letters for the New Joinees
4. Collecting Their Required Documents
5. Creating Rewards Letter and certificates every month
6. Manage payroll.
Person Profile
1. Must be a Graduate in any field – preferably a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA)
2. Must have strong liking/inclination for Human Resources Management and Administration.
3. The mode of above studies should be regular – not part-time or distance learning mode.
4. Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English – oral and written.
5. Should be a self-starter and enjoy working as a lone member with high initiative and leadership skills.
6. Should be well versed on all the hiring portals and social media (e.g. Indeed, Naukri, PayPal, Rojgar, LinkedIn)
7. Minimum work experience of 5 years would be required. Freshers need not apply, please.
8. Data handling skills on Excel and Google sheets, apart from Word and PowerPoint, would be required.
+. Those having a passion for self-learning, net-research and minimum hand-holding would enjoy this role.
