Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcingand attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Preferably Non IT Recruitment experience. Experience in Hospital and medical experience with 2 years. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kelambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruiting (Preferred) total work (Preferred)
