Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Job Summary:

Uni Seoul, a rapidly expanding Korean-inspired lifestyle brand, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This role is perfect for someone pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition efforts, supporting our growth by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to build exceptional teams.
Responsibilities :
● Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.)
● Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
● Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases
● Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR operations when required
● Provide a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
● Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
Qualifications:
● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
