Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment management
Bulk/mass hiring for factory, delivery, and sales roles
Sourcing via job portals, referrals, and social media
Screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews
Organizing walk-ins and recruitment drives
Maintaining recruitment records and trackers
Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR recruitment experience
Must have hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiar with job portals and MS Office tools
Background in FMCG or manufacturing preferred
