Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months/ 1 year
Salary: 15000 - 20000 Inhand
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various online platforms, job portals, and social media channels.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as necessary.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist in other HR-related activities as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO candidate hiring.
Proficient in using online recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Must have a proactive and positive approach towards recruitment
