HR Recruiter

工作职责：

与客户沟通求职需求，进行客户背景评估和工作推荐；
协助客户进行简历准备和面试模拟，进行工作匹配；
与雇主沟通招聘需求，准备招聘信息，并发布至各大招聘平台；
进行面试安排和反馈跟进，沟通客户入职事宜；
维护、管理并更新客户和雇主档案，确保信息准确性。
工作要求：

国语/英语良好沟通，有较强口语和书写交流能力；
有较强的时间管理和文件管理能力，能准确处理文件分类；
学习能力强，有良好的细节专注度；
有良好的适应力和抗压能力，按时完成工作；
熟悉Word，Zoom和Google Suite使用，对社交媒体如微信/小红书等有一定了解。
工作时间：全职 周一-周五 10:00 AM-6:00 PM（需要来公司上班）

时薪：$18/Hour
