Role: HR Recruiter Training
Location: Teynampet, Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work on screening the profiles.
• Manage interview schedules.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Sourcing profiles from Job Web Portals.
• Screening profiles for the required positions.
• Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
• Following up and handholding the candidates until joining.
• Interacting with clients and working on database management.
