STRUCT360 team is seeking HR Recruiter/Executive Intern to join their team. The candidate shall perform the required following roles at given position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruiting plans
• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other methods
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring Teams
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Extend job offers and manage salary negotiations with candidates
• Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
• Handle Recruitment, onboarding and Exit formality processes
Basic skill sets for candidates:
• Proven ability to source and recruit candidates through various channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
Salary Range: Based on your skill set
