-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
-Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide feedback to all parties.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
-Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
