Role - Recruiter
Ideal Candidate :The role is suitable for HR Recruiters with good academic background who have experience into recruitments or may have taken a career break due to personal reasons and are now actively seeking opportunities to pursue their career in the same. It is a remote role.
We are looking for candidates based in Pune or nearby.(FEMALES ONLY)
Experience-1-6 Yrs
Responsibilities (What is expected?) -
Job Description –
• The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.
• Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume
Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.
• Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of
resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.
• Closely work with clients to understand their challenges and work with them to address them.
• Supporting candidates in exploring suitable job opportunities within our clientele and helping
them get the best possible job opportunity.
• Work closely with your colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.
Handling the requirements end to end.
• Follow the defined standards of work, process and values to percolate a positive work culture.
Job Specifications (Who should apply) - The right candidate for this role would be someone who relates and resonates with the purpose of the organisation. Someone who is driven by sense of being service to others, sense of contribution, quest to learn and is driven by excellence. This role is suitable for someone who is self-driven, autonomous and entrepreneurial. Someone who believes in the HR philosophies behind the HR policies and practices.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
Standard working hours are 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM.
We work 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday is an OFF).
We work remotely as of now with occasional and need based visit to office.
Salary will be a combination of a nominal fixed salary and significant performance based income.
Selection Process - One round of phone/video discussion and followed by one in-person meeting at our office.
