Looking for graduates freshers (BA / BSC/ BCA/ BBA etc) interested to work as HR Recruiter for ITeS BPO in Chennai. Only work in office
Degree completion in 2026 or finished exams in 2026 (dropouts are also acceptable)
End to end recruitment process from Job posting till onboarding process (Ad posting, sourcing profiles, screening, filtering, schedule interviews and follow up till onboarding for clients as well inhouse) for International & Domestic Voice process, Customer care, Telesales etc
Knowledge on job portals and well connected in social media
Self driven, excellent English Communication , work on targets , adaptable to changing work need and problem solving capability
Speaking fluent South regional languages like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam are added advantage

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
