1. Source candidates through job boards and internal database.
2. Screen and shortlist profiles based on job descriptions.
3. Coordinate interviews and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (junior to mid-level).
5. Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
6. Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
7. Identify and reach out to potential client companies (IT/Tech).
8. Assist in generating leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
9. Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements.
10. Support proposal sharing, rate negotiation, and agreement processes.
