• Assisting with onboarding new hires

This is a contract position for a HR recruiter.
We need to build a team of 5 freshers with computer science background.
We usually go through interviewing 20 candidates to select one, so to build a team of 6, we might need to interview around 100-120 candidates.
We get a lot of inquiries from freshers on linkedin and other website. We need your to shortlist the candidates, schedule interviews and select the team of 5 candidates.

Job responsibilities:
• Post job adverts in online portals for freshers, developers, content writers, client interaction managers, etc.,
• Interview & short-list the candidates who directly apply on our website
• You will create the job descriptions, short-list the candidates, interview them and schedule the final interview for us
• Coordinating with the team to conduct online tests to screen the candidates
• Processing & Execution of full recruitment life cycle.
• Generate qualified candidates.
• Short-listing and screening the profiles as per the company requirements and orientating about the Company
• Coordinating with joining formalities
• Create a process where all joining formalities are signed and submitted online.
• Coordinating with the team to conduct online tests to screen the candidate
• Coordinating with the team to check candidate's performance during training period
Talent Acquisition Candidates who have worked in Tier 1 / 2 Companies with experience of working in Product Based companies are preferred.
As of now, the work is contract type but we could look at a full time position in due course.
