Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates based on job openings.
• Screen candidates through initial interviews and assess their suitability for the roles.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software.
• Provide timely follow-up with candidates regarding their application status.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve outreach strategies and processes.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
