We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Recruitment corordinator to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. You will play a crucial role in helping us find the right talent to meet our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates based on job openings.
• Screen candidates through initial interviews and assess their suitability for the roles.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software.
• Provide timely follow-up with candidates regarding their application status.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve outreach strategies and processes.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
