We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in human resources and recruitment who is looking to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment. Reporting to the HR Lead, you will assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent, as well as supporting general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Source and screen candidates, conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation.
Assist with HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
A strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
Previous experience in a similar role or internship in HR is a plus.
