Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process On-Boarding process Prepare and share reports/ updated data (MIS) on a regular/ daily basis Centralized Employee Data Management. Exit Management Documentation in the Employee Life Cycle Requirements: Excellent spoken/written English communication skills Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, Referrals Strong presentation skills.
