Role & Responsibilityinvolving in the end to end Recruitment process.
Understanding the requirement shared by the client from pan India basis.
.Identifying the best talent pool and Sourcing best fit candidates from the job portals such as & , IIM jobs, and by Head Hunting, candidate references , Market mapping or by existing data bank.
. Educating the candidates about the mandates by sharing the job details and explaining their roles.
. Calling the candidates to check their fitment by taking the Pre-Screening round (candidate's communication, technology worked upon, relevant experience on that, his current profile-roles & responsibilities, qualification, compensation and interest to join)
. scheduled interviews and managed candidates throughout hiring processes and salary negotiations.
• Maintaining data of the end - end recruiting life cycle.
