Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. The HR Recruitment Intern will support our HR team in attracting, sourcing, selecting and hiring qualified candidates for various job openings across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and applications and assist with the initial phone screening process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks as needed
• Assist with drafting and sending offer letters and employment agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical HR recruitment experience in a dynamic and growing organization. The internship will provide exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process and an opportunity to work closely with HR professionals. The internship is a part-time or full-time role with flexible hours to accommodate a student's academic schedule.
