What You’ll Do
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed & other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for interview & joining
Maintain hiring trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Support onboarding & basic HR operations
Who Can Apply
Graduate / Pursuing (BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA – HR preferred)
Strong interest in HR / Recruitment
Good communication skills
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Comfortable working from office (Lower Parel)
Available to join immediately
