Position: Recruitment InternLocation: Onsite – Hinjewadi Phase 1Duration: 3–6 months (may lead to a full-time role based on performance)Stipend: Paid or Unpaid (based on profile/performance)Start Date: ImmediateWhat You'll Do:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support employer branding and job postings
Learn the complete recruitment cycle in a professional environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
Availability for a full-time internship
