About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening resumes
2. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
3. Sourcing candidates online, updating job post
4. Helping to structure the job description
5. Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates
6. Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
7. Preparing job offers
8. Managing the overall interview, selection and closing process
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant fields
2. Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems and candidate
3. Management systems, and HR databases
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Effective negotiating skills
