About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings
2. Collaborate with the HR team to schedule and coordinate interviews
3. Conduct reference checks and background screenings
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
5. Maintain and update the candidate database
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Who can apply:
1. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process, exposure to HR best practices, and the opportunity to work alongside our experienced HR professionals.
