Your Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.)">
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines">
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms">
• Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns, campus drives, and onboarding activities">
• Maintain recruitment reports and HR dashboards">
• Support background verification and documentation processes">
• Contribute to HR projects including employee engagement and internal communication initiatives">

Requirements
">
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field">
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition">
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)">
• Strong verbal and written communication skills">
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities">
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR function">
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment">
• Exposure to volume recruitment is a plus">
