Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as an HR Recruiter and Generalist HR. This role is pivotal in managing both recruitment activities and various aspects of human resources to support our organization's growth and ensure a positive workplace environment. As an HR Recruiter and Generalist, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and attract potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and assist in making hiring decisions.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Generalist HR Functions:
6. Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
7. Administer employee benefits and leave policies.
8. Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
+. Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and encourage employee development.
11. Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
12. Maintain HR records, including personnel files, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both HR Recruiter and Generalist HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment, and employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
