Job scope:

We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics specialist who is skilled and experienced in developing Business Intelligence through meaningful reports and dashboards supporting the business needs. Additionally, would be skilled to analyze people data and make presentations to the leaders. Strong experience in publishing Power BI dashboards and creating workday dashboards is key to be successful in this role. Your tasks will primarily be centered around creating reports and dashboards around people data like Headcount, diversity etc... and HR processes performances. You will work closely with the Reporting functional lead to understand the reporting needs, build and deliver the desired reports in Workday or Power BI. We have a lot of exciting projects in this space, which means you will have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative work environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes a tight deadline.

About the department:

You will be a part of the HR Shared Service team and placed in Chennai but your colleagues will be from all over the world. The organization is headquartered in Denmark and the HRSS team is centralized in India. Your tasks and responsibilities
• Review current Workday reports and dashboards and enhance them.
• Support the reporting functional lead to design the Business Intelligence framework.
• Understand the responsibilities of different HR teams and develop dashboards that help HR community with relevant data to support decision making.
• Work with functional leads to develop and deliver workday reports covering various functional areas.
• Engage with the HR team members to understand the concerns faced related to workday reports and educate them on using workday reports better.
• Automate Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on Headcount data, open position data and diversity data and publish these in Power BI.
• Identify and automate ways of sharing people data to stakeholders from other functions like Finance, IT etc...
• Create business intelligence presentations for each Business line on a monthly & quarterly basis.
• Research and network with peer companies to understand different ways of presenting people data that helps in decision making.
• Continuously look for enhancements to the Workday reporting functionalities and Power BI functionalities.

We expect you have
• A relevant education & Background in Human Resource Reporting and Analysis in a global organization
• Close to 10 years of experience in a global organization with minimum 5 years in Workday Reporting & Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating BI dashboards using Power BI.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to give presentations when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a commitment to customer service and HR support.
• Ability to effectively prioritize duties and efficiently complete responsibilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, exhibiting a high level of integrity.
• Exposure in workday Integrations, BIRT & Worksheets would be an added advantage.
