Job Description
We are looking for an experienced human resource professional who holds the command on multiple human resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, resource management, performance management, central and state respective employment laws, compensation practices etc.
The suitable candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
What You Will Do
• Manage & build trusted partnership with the HR-BPs through consultative and collaborative efforts to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR programs
• Provides support and consultation to HR-BPs in addressing employee issues and lead them in the right direction
• Manages escalations
• Manage the performance reviews and appraisals meeting
• Monitor the processes which demand strict timeline along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working in a variety of HR roles with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility in IT industry
• Experience in handling complex employee relation grievances
• Functional knowledge of state and central employment labor laws
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• A resourceful and relentless drive to make things happen, to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through new, innovative, and more effective ways of working
• A talent for numbers, analytics, and attention to detail and accuracy
• A can do proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A positive team spirit and attitude
• Masters degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
