Consult regarding level of risk in HR across business and monitor process control effectiveness and compliance. Lead risk-based internal control reviews within HR and proactively influence / inform Internal Audit and Compliance planning. Role requirements Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources, Business, Risk Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in risk management or related field. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in a global, matrix organization
