Lead and manage the HR Risk and Governance mandate across all teams including ownership of HR Operational Risk framework including key controls assessment and risk & control self assessment Point of contact for Risk forum and co-ordinating with first and second LoD teams Map out HR processes with key controls, hand offs, documentation & clear roles and responsibilities across internal HR and other stakeholders Create awareness & culture where key risk parameters are understood & become a way of life in each transaction Manage internal & external audits including face off with auditors and regulators Proactive management of risks and controls across HR processes including self identified issues Own mitigation actions of logged risks & self identified issue plans Identify opportunities to streamline & improve processes for efficiency & effectiveness Oversight of all HR 3rd party supplier contracts and ensure adherence to M&G standards
