Job location - Mumbai
Experience - 10 years in SAP - HR (compliance, compensation, payroll must)
CTC - 20 Lakh
Position :
HR Operations (Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Employee Rewards)
The role requires interface with senior leaders and employees across levels. The profile involves handling classified data
The candidate should be proficient in SAP-HR, compensation and compliance.
Payroll processing for India and overseas entity (we have an outsourced payroll service provider and this profile is accountable for accuracy and input and output data management)

To study the salary files sent by MIBS vis-Ã-vis SAP entries
Maintaining personnel data of employees in SAP.
Maintain personnel personal file - confidential in file
HR Life Cycle accountability - New Joinees, resignees and transfe
