Job Description Provides professional, timely, and accurate responses to inquiries from staff, managers, executives, candidates, and others contacting the Human Resources Shared Services Center. Communicates and processes standardized transactional human resources activities across the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta organization.

Job Responsibilities
Serves as a resource to employees, candidates, and stakeholders by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and completing a high volume of diverse transactions.
Identifies areas for process improvement and communicates to Manager, Benefits.
Serves as backup to other functions within Human Resources and Total Rewards.
