What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be working as a part of HR Analytics team which focusses on providing analytics solutions to help make data-driven decisions based on the worker/employee-related data collected by organization from different sources and help clients to optimize human resource management.This solutions covers entire span of employee life cycle through offerings defined as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services. Part of Global People Analytics (GPA) team, Deals with data analytics and reporting to provide valuable inputs to Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. Role involves:
Understand business requirements and translate into meaningful data analysis
Link the data findings to developments and known issues in the entity organization, and thus provide a preliminary interpretation/translation of data
Support global & entity programs/initiatives with creation of reports and scorecards, working with lead and system owners to determine data that should be used and how to report it Work with minimal supervision on daily tasks and moderate level of instruction on new assignments
