Job Description
The Primary job is to lead the India HR Services Team . The position will directly report to HR Director India and functionally to HRS Director in APAC. This position would be influential and leading HR Services India team. This involves leadership for the India HR Services team in delivering processes of Onboarding, HRMS, Insurance, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Exit, Audit and Compliance management. The incumbent will improve the HRS operation effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. Also remain closely connected with the vendors and internal stakeholders.
• To provide strategic & operational leadership to HR Services team and drive ongoing transformation of the service delivery model
• Manage a team of 7 with as many contract staff
• Improves controls & compliance framework to minimize risk, yet optimizes efficiency & delivery capability across all streams managing Payroll, Data management and Benefits management across India.
• Support 5500+ Employees across 20+ locations and + entities.
• Demonstrate expertise in the areas of process improvement & automation to deliver on the transformation & employee experience
• Fostering an inclusive culture
• Support HR policy and Process integration as per Merger and Acquisition plan
• Strong focus on SLA’s, Customers and Operational excellence.
• Partner with HR business partner, other verticals, SME’s to continually enhance effectiveness of service delivery.
• Deploy standardized policies and practices that ensure compliance with all local legal requirements applicable in consultation with various internal & external stakeholders.
• Design and improve process flows, working manuals as well as related tools and templates for each service.
• Create, track and assess standards, metrics, processes and systems on regular basis in order to monitoring performance and identify the improvement areas in HR services domain.
• Manage regular operational process / service levels audits and reviews to ensure compliance and delivery quality
• Support all internal and external Audit processes.
• Manage and develop various vendors for payroll, Benefits etc.
Qualifications
Requirement:
• Bachelor /Master degree; with 12+ years’ experience in supporting business processing, Service operations or HR services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
