Job Description
Educational Qualification: Regular MBA from Reputed Tier 2 / 3 colleges.
Job Location: Bengaluru (As of now WFH, should be willing to WFO / Hybrid as per the management decision.
Detailed Desired Candidate:
1. Should have minimum 1 to 5 years of sourcing experience through various Job portals like Naukri, iimjobs, linkedin etc..
2. Should be from Non-IT sourcing background from industry types like FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing, alco bev etc starting from Entry to Leadership level.
3. Should be well versed with PAN India sourcing for roles like Finance, IT, legal, Sales & marketing, manufacturing profiles from above mentioned industries.
4. Excellent candidate management skill is a must, would be solely responsible to actively engage with the candidates until they join.
5. Should have good basic knowledge in excel like starting from simple formulae to at least Pivot level.
6. Very good written and oral communication skills.
Current Team Structure & Job profile:
Recruiter – will manage the stake holders and directly will be responsible for deliverables within the TAT/SLA.
Sourcer / Sourcing Team – Sourcer will be working on 3 roles per day on a daily basis given by recruiters. Their accountability is sharing the profiles as per the JD within a day.
Both recruiters and sourcers are aligned with their given job, sourcers don’t report to Recruiters but accountable for the roles given by recruiters.
Once sourced the profiles will be shared with Recruiters who will take it ahead with interview co-ordination and keep the respective sourcer informed about the progress.
It is sourcers responsibility to collect the documents from the candidates and share it with Recruiter for offer discussion and post offer recruiter will take it further with documentation work for onboarding and co-ordinate with sourcers in case of any document discrepancies.
Sourcers connects with the candidate on a timely basis and if there are any callouts / drop outs will update the recruiters accordingly.
Candidate Management starting from sourcing till Joiner will be Sourcers Primary responsibility and will be reviewed by the no. of joiners
