HR Specialist
Reporting to: HR Head
We at Proctech Solutions are seeking an HR Specialist with 2- 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities (End to End Employee Lifecycle), including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
Process payroll independently and maintain accurate dashboards
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers, handle salary negotiations
Draft offer letters and other employment-related documents
Manage employee onboarding process, including orientation and new hire documentation
Assist in HR Automation and streamlining of overall HR function
Assist in the administration of performance management and employee development programs
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Assist with the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee files and HR databases
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR, in a generalist role
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team
Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft), Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach, work under minimal supervision
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This is an individual contributor role. Immediate joiners will be preferred
